How is that possible at this point in time? Well, Gordon has said from the start that he and Brown did drugs together on the morning that she was found nearly drowned and there is a witness, good friend Max Lomas. He is currently charged with two felonies in an unrelated case in Georgia and prosecutors are hoping that if they sweeten his deal then Lomas will roll on Gordon. The chance of Lomas deciding to save himself is pretty good and as I've told you before, Gordon has already hired Casey Anthony's legal team to get him through this mess.
Gordon is still with his mother in Florida and reportedly banned from Brown's funeral. He did raise eyebrows earlier today by wearing her engagement ring on a chain around his neck.
