While Kristen Taekman is likely going through hell at home after her hubby, Josh Taekman, admitted to actively using an Ashley Madison account, the scandal may have actually saved her job. It had been rumored that The Real Housewives of New York star was on the verge of being fired because her storyline last season was way too boring. Needless to say, this scandal would be great for ratings, if the couple is willing to deal with it as Bravo's cameras roll.
According to a source “Kristen didn’t have much of a storyline this season, which is why Bravo was seriously considering canning her. However, Bravo loves a good scandal, sad as that may be, especially when it can play out for their cameras. Think of all of the drama this Ashley Madison reveal could bring to the show. Unfortunately, this is bound to be a tough time personally for Kristen, but this will up her chances at a RHONY return for sure.”
It has already been widely publicized that Josh hated the way that he was portrayed in his first season of RHONY and that's why he was missing from footage this past season.
