Currently Booming: Gavin Rossdale Reportedly Cheated on Gwen Stefani for Years with Nanny

There have been rumors swirling ever since Gwen Stefani confirmed that she was ending her 13-year marriage to Gavin Rossdale.  Finally, some of the details are starting to come out and if true, well, it's no wonder that Stefani doesn't care what people are saying about her budding romance with Blake Shelton. It seems that the rumors about Rossdale cheating are true and the situation was actually a whole lot worse than we might of anticipated because he was apparently busted with the couples' longtime nanny!

According to a report by Us Weekly, "The No Doubt frontwoman discovered explicit texts between Rossdale and the nanny — including nude photos of Mann and their plans to meet up for sex — on the family’s iPad. "The iPad was linked to Gavin’s phone. One of the other nannies discovered the exchange and told Gwen.” 

Mindy Mann is the name of Rossdale's alleged mistress and the two reportedly carried on an affair right under Stefani's nose for years! The Bush frontman reportedly denied it at first but eventually came clean and Stefani decided that way too much damage was done to try and fix their marriage. Ironically, this nugget has been revealed on the heels of Rossdale making it clear that he thinks his ex-wife got together with Shelton long before they had actually split.

The most recent season of The Real Housewives of Orange County wrapped up several weeks ago but there is still active speculation surrounding the main topic of the whole season: whether or not Brooks Ayers had cancer. He had dated cast regular, Vicki Gunvalson on and off for years (the two have since split, again) and she spent most of her airtime defending him to the other women. When questions arose over whether or not Ayers really had cancer, Gunvalson fought tooth and nail to support her man. Unfortunately there is now another reason to believe that he lied about his health.

Ayers claimed that his cancer treatment was through City of Hope, but according to a new report by E!, a hospital spokesperson confirms that Ayers was never treated at the facility. Apparently, Ayers had presented a supposed bill from the facility to prove that he really had undergone treatment and when the network did their checking, they were told that the bill was a fake.

Even before this nearly everyone, including Gunvalson herself, seemed to come to the same conclusion, that Ayers was faking his illness. The question is why. Do you think that the con man had been angling to get his hands on Gunvalson's money? During the reunion show she admitted that she is afraid of her ex. Do you think that he has something on her and that's why she had his back for so long?

Currently Booming: Jimmy Fallon's Partying Has NBC Exec's Contemplating an Intervention

While everyone seems to love Jimmy Fallon, not everyone is laughing about his recent antics. NBC's leading funny man has had three alcohol related mishaps in the last few months and various sightings seem to indicate that Fallon's drinking may have gotten a little out of control. He nearly lost a finger back in June when his wedding band got caught on a counter top and then he chipped a tooth while trying to open his medication. Another injury last week has many NBC insiders reportedly keeping a very close eye on Fallon's partying.

According to a report by New York Post, not everyone is amused. "It’s the party guy’s third injury in four months, and sources say NBC is worried that Fallon’s drinking has turned excessive. And while they’re not doing anything about it — yet — “It’s gone from being a whisper to a chatter,” says one industry insider of Fallon’s over-the-top behavior. The consecutive injuries come on the heels of a seemingly endless parade of Page Six mentions chronicling the after-hours antics of the host, who is married to Nancy Juvonen (co-owner with Drew Barrymore of the production company Flower Films) and has two daughters, both under 2 years old."

While the network has reportedly not stepped in with an intervention yet, everyone seems to agree that Fallon is a bit of a mess. He's relatively young in the business and the money and power at stake is huge so the comedian is reportedly dealing with things by leaning on booze. There are a multitude of stories out there about his hard partying but at least as of now it doesn't seem to be affecting his job. As some have pointed out, hosting The Tonight Show is a rigorous gig and Fallon has yet to drop the ball.

Currently Booming: 'RHOA' NeNe Leakes Makes Surprise Return for Season 8

We have been hearing for months that NeNe Leakes was completely finished with The Real Housewives of Atlanta and really happy to move on from the reality series. If you tuned in last season then you watched as the series' former top dog quickly became the under dog, with nearly every cast member having serious issues with Leakes. She never expected everyone to turn on her and so her response was to walk away, at least for a minute. Now I'm hearing that she will indeed return for the eighth season after all.

According to a report by E!, "RHOA is currently filming season eight's trip to Jamaica, and NeNe will make an appearance—unannounced—much to the surprise of her unsuspecting co-stars, according to sources close to production. (That's right: The ladies have no idea she's coming. The drama!) NeNe will be making an undetermined number of appearances in the new season."

Are you at all surprised that Leakes is going to turn up and stir the pot a bit more? I'm guessing that you're probably not. Perhaps the real question is whether or not Leakes ever really intended to leave or if that story made for good publicity. Do you think that she's actually still a regular RHOA cast member and that she'll be on for most of the season despite the rumors about her quitting?

Currently Booming: Ryan Sweeting Has Asked Court for Spousal Support in Divorce from Kaley Cuoco

I told you a few weeks ago that this was going to happen. When Kaley Cuoco confirmed her split from Ryan Sweeting last month there was speculation that he would be looking for a financial payday and sure enough, it has happened. Sweeting finally filed his own documents in response to Cuoco's petitioning for divorce and in that filing he has indeed requested spousal support.

According to a report by E! News, "Ryan Sweeting has responded to Kaley Cuoco’s divorce filing. E! News obtained the court documents filed by the tennis player on Oct. 15 in Los Angeles Superior Court, and there were some notable points found in the legal document. Like Cuoco’s original filing on Sept 25, Ryan cites ever-so-popular “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. However, Sweeting states Sept. 25 (the day of Kaley’s filing) as the date of separation, as opposed to Sept. 3, which was what Cuoco stated in her filing.

The documents also show that the actress’ ex is asking for spousal support and requesting to terminate the court’s ability to award support to Kaley. In her papers, Kaley stated spousal support was payable and terminable as set forth from the couple’s prenuptial agreement, which they signed on Nov. 20, 2013. Ryan is also asking Kaley to pay for his attorney’s fees, something The Big Bang Theory star listed would be paid by both parties, per their prenup."

Supposedly, shortly before their New Year's Eve 2013 wedding Cuoco did have Sweeting sign a prenup but sources have also indicated that the tennis player is also looking for a loophole in that as well. Cuoco is worth millions thanks to her long running role on The Big Bang Theory and it sounds like Sweeting is pretty determined to at least try and get a chunk of it for himself.

It's not too surprising that this marriage seems to be ending in a mess. If anything, the fact that these two managed to make it work for nearly three years is what's really shocking!

Since confirming the bust up of her marriage to Ryan Sweeting last week, Kaley Cuoco has worked hard to put on a happy face for the paps that have trailed her. Fans of The Big Bang Theory actress have seen her partying with friends and bonding with her brand new horse as Cuoco clearly tries to insinuate that life is just fine. Sadly, behind the scenes it looks like she could be steadying herself for one heck of a court battle with Sweeting.

Cuoco is worth a reported $53 million and sources close to the former couple are now saying that in spite of being worth an estimated $2 million himself, Sweeting will likely file for spousal support. The couple did sign a prenup but the tennis pro is said to be looking for loopholes that would clear the path for a hefty pay day. Of course Cuoco is ready to fight him every step of the way.

It sounds like this divorce could easily turn very messy and a potential court battle like this could actually last longer than the marriage itself did. Gunning for Cuoco's cash sounds like a pretty big revenge move on Sweeting's part, doesn't it? Do you think that being married to her was so rough that he actually believes he deserves a windfall?

When Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale first announced their split back in August it sounded like things were about as amicable as it gets. The couple had been the subject of divorce rumors for years but always seemed to get through the waves of speculation together, at least until recently. As it turns out, not only have they opted for divorce, but Rossdale might just be looking for a nice payday to offset all of the years that he put his career on hold in favor of playing Mr. Mom to the couple's three kids.

According to a source for Radar Online, “Gavin is now demanding more than half of her fortune, He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career, and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on The Voice, he stayed home with their sons. Gavin is even threatening to go to trial if he isn’t given a chunk of Gwen’s fortune. And he will ask for child and spousal support as well. Gwen is furious because at the outset of the divorce, Gavin said he wouldn’t go after her money. She is just kicking herself for not getting a prenup.”

As it turns out, Stefani is worth an estimated $120 million (to Rossdale's $20 million) and without a prenup, under California marital law Rossdale could clean house with 50% of her earnings during their marriage. Sources claim that Stefani would fight to prevent that because she intends to keep every hard earned penny that she can. While it looked like Rossdale's career has stalled it's really hard to say how much he might have earned if he hadn't stayed with the kids so that Stefani could continue working.

Is Kourtney Kardashian Looking for a Way Out of Her 'KUWTK' Contract?

The last several months have brought many changes to Kourtney Kardashian's life. In December she welcomed a third child and by July she was kicking long-troubled baby daddy, Scott Disick to the curb. While he has always thrived on being under the glare of fame, in recent years Kardashian has been much more private while focusing on her kids. It sounds like she might be gearing up for another change, trying to find a way to get out of her contract with Keeping Up with the Kardashians. 

According to a report by Radar Online, "Kourtney has wanted to leave reality television for some time now, and does not plan on resigning onto another contract once this one is up,” Unfortunately for her, the family recently erupted their deal with a four-year contract, but the insider said she’s anxious to find a loophole. Meanwhile, she has told the producers at E! that she will refuse to film if Scott is on the show. Kourtney told the producers that they basically have to choose between keeping Scott on and having her continue on. She does not want to talk about the breakup on the show. She knows that they want to make this into another plot for the upcoming season, but she is not willing to compromise on this.”

Since Disick's behavior continues to be messy since his split from Kardashian it's not exactly surprising that she's refusing to deal with him on camera. Oh Wait- 'RHOBH' Kim Richards is NOT in Rehab After All!

It seems that Bravolebrity Kim Richards might actually be grabbing more headlines lately than even some of the Kardashians, doesn't it?  I recently told you that the fired former star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills had decided to check herself into a rehab facility once again to get some help for her addiction issues. This was supposedly coming on the heels of her family having placed her on a 5150 psychiatric hold for 72 hours earlier this month. Well, now it sounds like that initial report was wrong because Richards is not in a facility now.

According to a new report by E!, Richards family did involuntarily commit her a few weeks ago but the troubled reality star is not getting help at the present time. She also is holding to the notion that RHOBH did indeed ask her back for season six but that she wasn't interested in doing it.

It's actually pretty sad to hear that Richards isn't getting the help now that she so obviously needs. She was recently arrested for stealing $600 in merchandise from a local Target store and that comes on the heels of Richards DUI from last spring. Any way that you look at it, the reality star looks to need some significant help in order to help her to reel in those inner demons, doesn't it?

Kourtney Kardashian Is Doing Fine Without Scott Disick

It has been almost six weeks since Kourtney Kardashian confirmed that her relationship with Scott Disick had come to a screeching halt and she seems to be doing great without him. It had been a bumpy year for the couple and her deciding to have a third child even though Disick was grieving the loss of both parents seemed to be a real catalyst in their downward spiral. While Disick continues to be tangled in his self destructive behavior, Kardashian has immersed herself in personal growth.

Her social media accounts have featured happy moments with her kids and hitting the gym hard with her sisters. There have been several cryptic postings along the way with the most recent certainly looking like it's a reference to the situation with her baby daddy.  "The more you love your decisions the less you need others to love them.". That certainly seems to be about her decision to split from Disick after nearly ten years together.
