Currently Booming: 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Released After Spending 11 Months in Jail

(Photo: Twitter)

The very best day of Teresa Giudice's year, perhaps even her life, has finally come. Shortly after 5 a.m. this morning The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was released from a Connecticut prison after serving 11.5 months for various fraud and financial crimes. Since her husband, Joe Giudice still isn't allowed to drive Teresa was accompanied by her attorney and while cameras could not film her release, they apparently will be rolling soon enough.

It has been rumored almost since the day that Giudice surrendered to authorities that once released she would return to the Bravo show that made her a household name in the first place. While a three-part special that focused on her family was a ratings flop back in October, it is still assumed that reality fans will want to follow Giudice's return to her family, especially as she prepares for her husband to begin serving his jail sentence in March.

Do you think that this past year behind bars has really changed Giudice or will she reemerge as pretty much the same woman that admitted to being a criminal?

Currently Booming: 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Leaves Jail This Week

(Photo: Instagram)

Can you believe that Teresa Giudice has been in jail for nearly a year?  The Real Housewives of New Jersey star first turned herself in to a Connecticut prison back on January 5th and really has spent the entire year off of the radar. Giudice is scheduled to be released on Dec. 23 and sources say that what she wants most is to just spend the holidays with her family.

As of now it looks like Giudice will be spending Christmas eve with her brother, Joe Gorga and his family and then Christmas day will be spent with the Giudice's. Her reunion with her husband, Joe Giudice, will be short-lived because in a few short weeks he will have to turn himself in to begin serving years behind bars for financial fraud.

While there has been a lot of speculation about Giudice returning to the Bravo show that ultimately made her a household name, it seems that the ink on that contract hasn't dried just yet. Bravo tested the waters with a three-part special back in October that focused on the Giudice's life while Teresa is in jail and the ratings tanked. It looks as though part of her fanbase has turned their attention elsewhere.

Currently Booming: 'RHONJ' Amber Marchese Quits Show, Claims Scenes are Staged

(Photo: Twitter)

When Amber Marchese joined the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey last season she was hoping to have a great experience. Instead the cancer survivor has confirmed that doing the reality show was nothing at all like she had anticipated and she didn't like the way that she was portrayed. Marchese confirmed what many had already suspected, she'll not be returning to the show for a second season.

Marchese recently spoke with People magazine and gave what many consider to be a pretty explosive interview. “I was picked on a casting call while pursuing acting, and the person that was presented was created for the show. I had little control over content, situations, or what they decide to show the viewers. Even my relationship with the twins was created. I recruited them for my storyline after I was chosen. I only met with Teresa Guidice and Dina Manzo for filming purposes. I never built a friendship with them as we were nothing more than co-workers. I wish them all well and the best of luck, although, my husband does not share my sentiments.”

Based on Marchese's description of things, it sure sounds like a lot of what we have all seen of RHONJ is at the very least staged if not completely scripted. Do you think that Marchese wanted to give us that idea? Are you surprised to hear that she considers the other housewives nothing more than former coworkers? Do you think that if the other ladies were to be completely honest their comments would resemble some of Marchese's?

What are your thoughts on RHONJ? Is Marchese just being negative because she wasn't asked back or is she telling the truth about the reality show?

Currently Booming: 'RHONJ: Teresa Checks In' Trailer Gives a Glimpse of Giudice's Life Now

Can you believe that Teresa Giudice has already been locked away in a Connecticut prison for nine months? The Real Housewives of New Jersey star plead guilty to various financial crimes last fall and was sentenced to 15 months behind bars. As of now she is scheduled to be released a few days before Christmas and her family has been scrambling to make ends meet. Joe Giudice is hardly a real breadwinner so when Bravo offered him his own 3-episode reality special he jumped on the paycheck.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In will begin airing in October. It will give viewers a look at Joe's life now as he attempts to take care of the four daughters that he shares with Teresa. Currently Booming: Will a 'New' Teresa Giudice be Returning to "RHONJ"?

(Photo: Twitter)

There has been months of speculation surrounding Teresa Giudice and what her life will look like once she is released from prison later this year. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was convicted of fraud late last year and has been sitting in a Connecticut prison since early January. It is expected that Giudice will be returning to the Bravo reality show and that filming for the upcoming season was even delayed to accommodate her release. Giudice's attorney recently spoke about her resilience behind bars and how she's doing amazing, all things considered.

James Leonard Jr. told E! News, "She’s doing amazing. She’s an absolute tip-top shape. When I go visit her, she always tells me to poke her in the stomach, she’s rock hard, mentally, physically, emotionally, when she comes home people are going to be very surprised. It’s a whole new Teresa coming home.”

While Giudice likely had to pull herself together to survive behind bars, do you think that she will carry that same toughness with her once she is released? Bravo obviously believes that Housewives fans  will want to hear from the fallen star and that she will have a worthwhile story to tell once she is released. Do you think that Giudice really will be like a brand new person once she is back on the outside? Or will her diva tendencies creep back in?

'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice's Beach House Sold for $100 at Auction

This is the second time in just a few days that Teresa and Joe Giudice are grabbing headlines. Over the weekend the police were called on him because of a fight that occurred with a neighbor after Joe locked his daughter, Gia Guidice out of the family beach house. Now we're hearing that the house in Toms River was just sold back to the bank for a minimum bid of $100.

The Jersey Shore home had been on the auction block but there were no other bids on it probably because the bank wanted most of what the Giudice's owe on the home- nearly $350,000. No one was going to bid that much, especially since the property itself is worth significantly less. It's expected now that Joe and his four daughter's will have about 30 days to completely vacate the property for good.

In the meantime, Teresa is still behind bars sitting pretty in a Connecticut jail for various fraud charges. She is expected to be released in December and shortly thereafter Joe will begin serving nearly four years for defrauding numerous former business associates. Various rumors surround the couple as Joe is frequently caught in the company of other women while his wife is imprisoned. Do you think that she will support him once she is freed? Or is divorce on Teresa's mind?

Police Called After Joe Giudice Locks Oldest Daughter Gia Out of Home Intentionally

Joe Giudice is grabbing headlines again and for once it's not because of his rumored affairs with random chicks while wife Teresa Giudice is serving time for fraud in a Connecticut prison. Unfortunately, the reason is no better and might actually be a whole lot worse. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has never been accused of being the best father on earth and over the weekend a screaming match with his 14-year-old daughter, Gia Guidice led to a police call.

According to a report by TMZ, the Giudice's were spending time at their New Jersey beach house when an argument led to Gia being locked out for several minutes. A neighbor called the police after an attempt at diffusing the situation between Joe and his daughter went bad. Sources claim that Giudice's raging temper made him pretty unfit to be around his kids, yet his daughter's begged police not to arrest him.

Since Teresa turned herself in back in January it has been Joe that has been handling the kids round-the-clock and many have wondered just how that was working out. Unfortunately it sounds like the kids are suffering, not only because of the temporary loss of their mother, but also because of being left with a parent that just can't seem to get things right in terms of setting a good example.

'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Has Friends House Hunting for Her

Can you believe that Teresa Giudice has already been locked in a Connecticut prison for 8 months? Time really is flying, at least for us on the outside and The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is anticipating a December release.  That means that the reality star will be at home with her four daughters in time for the holidays, but where exactly will home be? The mansion that she has lived in for years is currently in foreclosure and rumor has it that her husband, Joe Giudice has been caught cheating yet again.

According to a new report by Radar Online, Giudice has enlisted friends to help her to find a suitable home for her to live in with her family once she's released from jail.  While Joe has been spotted looking quite cozy with a handful of different women since his wife was first locked up, it looks like, at least initially she does intend to live with him as well as the kids.

Divorce talk has surrounded this couple for years and perhaps Giudice is holding off on making any sudden moves because the reality is that once she is released from prison her husband will then be incarcerated for the better part of four years. That means that even if she wanted to spend quality time with Joe it's just not going to be a possibility so rushing to divorce is kind of unnecessary right now. Do you think that the Giudice's will eventually go their separate ways?
