Currently Booming: Josh Duggar In a Panic As Anna Duggar Considers Divorce

A few weeks ago it was reported that Anna Duggar moved herself and her four children out of the home that she shares with unfaithful husband, Josh Duggar, in favor of living with her parents in Florida. While the move was startling, those close to Duggar seemed to expect her to find a way to ultimately keep her marriage together but now we're hearing just the opposite. Josh has been in a religious rehab facility trying to get himself together and apparently the time away from him isn't helping Anna's rage to subside much.

According to a source for Hollywood Life, "When Josh heard that Anna was contemplating divorce, he flipped out.  Since Anna moved out of her home with Josh, they don’t speak on a regular basis. However, ever since this talk of divorce, he’s been begging her not to leave him. He says he’s determined to change, by the grace of God, and [he’s] working hard to get to that place."

We know that the Duggar family completely frowns on divorce under any circumstances so for Anna to even seriously consider the option is really a pretty big deal. Are you surprised that she may actually go against their core belief system and put an end to her disastrous marriage to Josh?  Do you think that divorce is the best option for Anna to choose or do you think that maybe Josh can somehow change his shady ways and learn to be loyal?

It sounds like hunkering down with the Duggar clan was a little too overwhelming for Anna Duggar, the young wife of Josh Duggar. Since her husband admitted to paying for sex via Ashley Madison (a bombshell that came just months after he also admitted to molesting his sisters) she has quietly taken her kids and moved in with her parents in Florida. Apparently, Anna's parents' home is kind of like a retreat for the young mom of four who is left to pick up the pieces after being deeply humiliated by Josh.

While the family supported Anna bringing her four kids to spend time with them, a new report by In Touch claims that her parents will ultimately encourage her to work out the problems in her marriage with Josh. He is currently in a religious rehab of some kind, seeking help for his addiction to sex and Anna does intend to eventually visit. 

“She’s looking forward to seeing him in a month or two when the first spousal visitation is allowed. She just prays that he gets the help he needs so they can go on with their life together, despite everything he did to her.”

I have to admit, I'm actually pretty surprised that the controlling Duggars even allowed Anna to take the kids and go even temporarily. While she is supposedly playing the role of dutiful wife, as demanded by them, this girl obviously does have a bit of a backbone if she is challenging them on anything. Josh Duggar Reportedly Has No Remorse for Cheating Via Ashley Madison

Josh Duggar's bad behavior has been grabbing headlines for months now and while he has publicly apologized for embarrassing his wife Anna and the rest of the Duggar family, his sincerity is now being questioned. He came clean almost immediately after being linked to an active Ashley Madison account and admitted that he wasted thousands of dollars for the thrill of hooking up with other site users and apologized for his hypocritical behavior. Once a stripper also came out of the wood work with a story to tell, Duggar checked himself into a religious rehab program, leaving poor Anna to deal with the fallout while caring for the couples' four small children.

Is Duggar really sorry for the mountain of hurt and embarrassment that his actions have caused? According to a report by Entertainment Tonight, not really.

 "While Josh’s public statements have been filled with apologies for viewing porn online – a confession that has since been removed – and being unfaithful to his wife, Anna, a source close to the Duggar family tells ET Josh has “no remorse.”

“No remorse,” the source says. “He is not the person everyone thought they knew.”
Josh even joked about the molestation allegations when they first came to light earlier this year, the source tells ET. The Duggar family has also discovered that Josh had multiple social media profiles through Facebook, OKCupid and other sites. Because Josh traveled for work “all the time,” the source says it wouldn’t be surprising if multiple mistresses reveal themselves. “Anna didn’t check up on Josh because she trusted him,” the source says.

It kind of sounds like those close to Duggar think that he might be more sorry for getting caught than he is about his actions in the first place. What are your thoughts on this? Jessa Duggar Appears to Have Turned Her Back on Josh Duggar, Will Rest of Family Follow?

A few weeks ago Josh Duggar confirmed that he had indeed opened an Ashley Madison account and spent a chunk of cash to cheat on his wife, Anna Duggar. He has since checked into some sort of faith-based rehab facility that works with sex addicts and the rest of the family has stayed pretty quiet, at least until this week, when his sister Jessa Duggar directed her Twitter followers to a scathing post by her by her father-in-law, Michael Seewald. After reading it, many have come to the conclusion that Jessa has now turned her back on Josh.

What is a bit interesting in this is the fact that Jessa is one of the sisters that Josh admitted to molesting years ago and she had given interviews earlier this summer stating that she had forgiven him for that. Yet cheating on his young wife is something that Jessa, at least at this point, seems to be the kind of offense that is relationship severing. Is it that she sees his cheating as worse, or is it that is a variation on the same kind of theme and Jessa wants to now distance herself from Josh's entire situation?

If Jessa is seeming to publicly indicate that she is through trying to support her brother, could the rest of the family be far behind? Do you think that her other sisters will follow suit? It seems pretty unlikely that Bob and Michelle Duggar, Josh's parents would completely turn their backs on him, doesn't it?

While TLC may have canceled 19 Kids & Counting due to family secrets coming to light, the network has been doing damage control for months with no real end in sight. Last fall we learned that Honey Boo Boo's mother had rekindled a romance with a child molester and mere months after that rocked TLC executives were left to navigate through the rough waters of Josh Duggar confessing to have molested his sisters. The devastation didn't end with that either because in the last week or so Duggar admitted to having an active Ashley Madison account. The bottom line is that the Duggar's are not the squeaky clean Christians that their image insinuated and TLC looks pretty bad for not researching its "stars".

Tonight a documentary on sexual abuse is scheduled to air opposite MTV's VMA's and the network is hoping that it will help to balance out some of their damaging programming that has aired. Josh Duggar Enters Religious-Based Rehab as Cheating Scandal Continues

Nearly a week after the news broke that Josh Duggar was a paying customer of Ashley Madison's infidelity services, the hits keep coming. A porn star by the name of Danica Dillion has reportedly passed a lie detector test that seems to prove that Duggar paid her for sex twice earlier this year, while his wife was pregnant with their fourth child. Not long after Dillion's story started circulating the Duggar family issued a statement on their official site claiming that their son has checked himself into a long term addiction treatment facility.

The Duggar family issued an official statement today saying, “We are so thankful for the outpouring of love, care and prayers for our family during this most difficult situation with Josh. As parents we are so deeply grieved by our son’s decisions and actions. His wrong choices have deeply hurt his precious wife and children and have negatively affected so many others. He has also brought great insult to the values and faith we hold dear. Yesterday Josh checked himself into a long-term treatment center. For him it will be a long journey toward wholeness and recovery. We pray that in this he comes to complete repentance and sincere change. In the meantime, we will be offering our love, care and devoted support to Anna and our grandchildren as she also receives counsel and help for her own heart and future. During this time we continue to look to God—He is our rock and comfort. We ask for your continued prayers for our entire family.”

Probably the biggest question of all is whether or not Anna Duggar will choose to remain married. So far she has yet to issue any kind of statement at all about her husband's infidelity  and the situation has to be a real slap in the face to the young mom of four, including a newborn. Dillion has alleged that she expects more women to come forward and make accusations against Duggar. Do you think it will happn?

Anna Duggar Likely to Take the Blame for Husband Josh Duggar's Cheating

Once the scandal first broke online it didn't take Josh Duggar long to admit that he had indeed cheated on his wife of seven years, Anna Duggar, while using an Ashley Madison account. The 27-year-old has spent the last few years peddling family values and pretending to be a Christian role model while poor Anna has delivered four babies in rapid succession. She has remained silent since her husband admitted to living a fairly active double life and insiders are now saying that regardless of what Duggar has done, divorce simply won't be an option.

According to a new report by People, "Anna Duggar will likely not be leaving her husband Josh despite his admitted infidelity, a source with ties to the family tells PEOPLE. “Anna will not leave him,” says the source. “As with her in-laws, she is turning more to her faith than ever, she and Josh are probably praying around the clock right now, I would assume.”  The source says that from their knowledge of the Duggar family, Josh and Anna, “no way is she leaving him” – and says it would not come as a surprise if “on some level” Anna tries to “absorb some of the blame.”

“Maybe not publicly, ever, but privately, there will be some suggestion of whether or not she should have been more aware of the pressures Josh was under, of the issues he was facing, and how she could have better counseled him or helped him,” says the source. “She is fully and permanently committed to her marriage and her children. And she’ll have the support of Jim Bob and Michelle and everyone else in their circle in terms of staying with him and making this work,” continues the source. “Divorce is not even something that will be discussed.”

Last spring Duggar admitted to molesting four of his younger sisters well over a decade ago and at the time his wife spoke out professing her support for him. As horrific as that situation was, Duggar hadn't done anything directly to Anna to cause her pain. This situation is entirely different and it's hard to imagine that she is being so forgiving of the hurt and public scrutiny that his cheating has brought to them.

Josh Duggar Reportedly Was an Ashley Madison Client

It seems to be the week of fallen supposed role models, doesn't it? First we learned that former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle had struck a plea deal for kiddie porn charges and now we're hearing even more uncomfortable news about Josh Duggar. Not that he was exactly warm and fuzzy anyway. Duggar recently admitted to initiating sexual contact with five minors over a decade ago and the fallout ultimately lead to TLC pulling the plug on The Duggar's reality show, 19 Kids and Counting. Now the 27-year-old married father of four's name has been listed on the client list for popular cheating website, Ashley Madison.

According to an exclusive report by Gawker, "Someone using a credit card belonging to a Joshua J. Duggar, with a billing address that matches the home in Fayetteville, Ark. owned by his grandmother Mary — a home that was consistently shown on their now-canceled TV show, and in which Anna Duggar gave birth to her first child — paid a total of $986.76 for two different monthly Ashley Madison subscriptions from February of 2013 until May of 2015. In July 2013, he seems to have started a second account that was linked to his home in Oxon Hill, Md., where he spent his time lobbying against causes like same-sex marriage."

I have to wonder what Duggar's long suffering wife Anna Duggar is thinking about this latest round of allegations. She stuck by him when he admitted to molesting four of his sisters over a decade ago.
