Make This: Cruel Summer


Ingredients
2 muddled grapefruit slices
1 oz. blanco tequila
1 oz. mezcal joven
1 oz. grapefruit juice
1 oz. amber agave infused with jalapeno
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

Preparation: Shake all ingredients vigorously, strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass and garnish with chili/pepper salt on rim and a fresh grapefruit slice.

*Agave Infusion: Bowl amber agave syrup with 2 full jalapeños or more (sliced) to achieve desired spice level
*Chili Salt: Mix sea salt, black pepper, dash of cayenne, dash of cumin, dash of celery salt

Make This: Deadhead Sticker On A Cadillac


Ingredients
4 oz. silver tequila (100% agave)
2 oz. blue curaçao
2½ oz. lime juice
4 oz. agave nectar
3 cups of ice
Sea salt, for rim
lime wheels, for garnish

Preparation: Place salt on a plate. Run the edge of a lime slice around the outside rim of a margarita (or cocktail) glass. Roll the outer edge of the rim in the salt until coated. Repeat on four cocktail glasses. Set aside. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on the highest setting until completely smooth. If necessary, scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve immediately.

Make This: Frozen Hot Chocolate Martini

Frozen Hot Chocolate Martini

Ingredients
  • 4 (1-ounce) envelopes hot cocoa mix, divided
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup vanilla vodka
  • 6 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows, for garnish
Directions

Empty 1 envelope hot cocoa mix onto a saucer. Put some water into another saucer. Dip the rims of 4 martini glasses into the water and shake off any excess. Dip them in the hot cocoa mix. (Save the remainder for garnish.)

In a blender, combine the remaining the hot cocoa mix, milk, vodka, and ice and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture among the prepared glasses and garnish with the marshmallows and remaining cocoa mixture.

Make This: Apple Pie Margarita

Apple Pie Margarita
Though the exact origin and inventor of the Margarita is unknown, it has become the most popular Tequila based cocktail in the United States.  Most believe it originated somewhere in Mexico, but there are others who would beg to differ.  In any case, someone did come up with a tasty variation on the traditional Margarita by giving it an "American as Apple Pie" twist.  So simple and delicious, we hope that you enjoy our featured cocktail... Apple Pie Margarita.  Cheers!
Ingredients
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Apple Rum
.5 oz. Apple Pucker
3 oz. Apple Cider
2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Coarse Salt & Granulated Sugar
Apple Slice to garnish
Directions
Wet the rim of your Margarita glass, and tap in a mix of the Salt & Sugar.  For the cocktail, combine all of the ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker, cover, shake well, and pour into your glass.  Garnish with a slice of Apple (or Lime wedge), and try not to gulp, as you enjoy our featured cocktail... Apple Pie Margarita.  Bottoms up!

Make This: Pumpkin Pie-tini


Ingredients
  • 2 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 3 Tbls. pumpkin puree
  • 1 oz. half & half
  • ½ oz. Torani Pumpkin Pie Syrup (or more, to taste)
  • couple shakes pumpkin pie spice
  • For the rim:
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed
  • 1 Tbls. sugar
  • 2 shakes pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice to make glass rimmer.
  2. Dip rim of martini glass in water, then in rimmer mixture.
  3. Combie vodka, pumpkin puree, half & half, Torani syrup and pumpkin pie spice in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into martini glass.

This has a great fruity taste but it looks disgusting. Perfect for Halloween. 

Ingredients
  • 3 drops Irish cream
  • 1 oz Melon liqueur
  • 1 oz Peach schnapps 
  1. Pour the peach schnapps and melon liqueur into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Add the Irish cream drop by drop into the center of the drink.

Make This: Peep Martini



-1.5 ounces Pinnacle Peach Vodka
-2.5 ounces margarita mix
-½ ounce blue curacao
-¼ ounce mint simple syrup
-Blue Peeps Marshmallow garnish

Directions Fill a martini shaker with ice. Add the vodka, Margarita mix, blue curacao and mint simple syrup to the ice, then shake for several seconds to mix. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a blue Peeps.
