She may have lived.” Several weeks after Brown's medical crisis began Gordon decided to go to rehab to clean up his act. He was released back in May and has been living with his mother in Florida while trying to stay clean.
This case has been in the hands of the DA's office almost from the start and in recent weeks we have heard that it was basically being treated like a murder investigation. While Gordon has insisted that he didn't lay a finger on Brown he also has hired Casey Anthony's power house legal team to guide him through whatever comes next.
