Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been living under a microscope ever since announcing their split back in June. At first it looked like he was trying to convince her to give their marriage another shot, but then his hook up with their kids nanny seemed to initially sink any hope for a reconciliation. At least until now. A few days ago the two were spotted grabbing dinner during a very public, adult dinner date and now sources close to Garner and Affleck say that they are actively trying to repair their marriage.

"They are trying to make things work, but it’s really tough. They have been back and forth for years on this subject. There is still love there that they are trying to figure out. The kids are the great equalizer that they want to stay together for, so it’s a daily battle to see if it will work out. It is 50/50 at best,” a source tells Hollywood Life.

We already know that Garner reacted pretty badly when she realized her husband had hooked up with the nanny, but could she possibly be over it and willing to move on- with him? When Affleck and Garner first confirmed their split they really didn't seem like they were completely through with each other. While he obviously was momentarily distracted by the nanny, Affleck didn't exactly act like a free man publicly. Instead he was attached to Garner and their kids.

Is there a chance that these two will patch things up and actually end up back together again?

When Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale first announced their split back in August it sounded like things were about as amicable as it gets. The couple had been the subject of divorce rumors for years but always seemed to get through the waves of speculation together, at least until recently. As it turns out, not only have they opted for divorce, but Rossdale might just be looking for a nice payday to offset all of the years that he put his career on hold in favor of playing Mr. Mom to the couple's three kids.

According to a source for Radar Online, “Gavin is now demanding more than half of her fortune, He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career, and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on The Voice, he stayed home with their sons. Gavin is even threatening to go to trial if he isn’t given a chunk of Gwen’s fortune. And he will ask for child and spousal support as well. Gwen is furious because at the outset of the divorce, Gavin said he wouldn’t go after her money. She is just kicking herself for not getting a prenup.”

As it turns out, Stefani is worth an estimated $120 million (to Rossdale's $20 million) and without a prenup, under California marital law Rossdale could clean house with 50% of her earnings during their marriage. Sources claim that Stefani would fight to prevent that because she intends to keep every hard earned penny that she can. While it looked like Rossdale's career has stalled it's really hard to say how much he might have earned if he hadn't stayed with the kids so that Stefani could continue working.

Currently Booming: Rosie O'Donnell's Ex Michelle Rounds Attempted Suicide Over Custody Battle

It has been awhile since we have heard anything about Rosie O'Donnell's nasty split from and ongoing custody battle with former love, Michelle Rounds. For months Rounds was publicly accusing her ex of being an unfit parent to their adopted 2-year-old daughter, Dakota. Rounds alleged that O'Donnell drank and smoked too much weed to properly care for a toddler. The two reportedly had a bitter fight on Tuesday and later that even first responders had to knock down Rounds hotel room because of an alleged suicide attempt.

According to a report by Radar Online, Rounds checked into a DoubleTree hotel in Nanuet, near O'Donnell's home and reportedly mixed pills and wine until she was unconscious. A concerned friend called for help and Rounds was transferred to Nyack Hospital where she stayed until her release late on Wednesday. Thankfully, Dakota was not with Rounds at the time of the incident.

This sad instance, which has been called a "cry for help" came after months of fighting with her ex. Ironically, watching O'Donnell publicly move on with Tatum O'Neal can't be easy either. True to her character, O'Donnell is moving super fast and O'Neal is reportedly already living in her brand new home.

You would think that with all that Rosie O'Donnell has going on in her personal life, she would want to keep a lower profile. Her eldest daughter just went to live with her birth mother, Rosie is locked in a custody and divorce battle with her most recent ex and she also is dealing with some reported health issues. In the midst of all of that, Rosie has embarked on a new romance with Tatum O'Neal, a pairing that many of her friends are reportedly against. Rosie needs some stability in her life somewhere and friends fear that O'Neal is just using her to get attention and if that's the case, well, it's working.

According to a new report by Radar Online, a production company has expressed interest in doing a reality show with the couple of only two months.  “Tatum had done a reality show with her dad, Ryan, and even though it caused headlines for all the wrong reasons, she loved doing it. Rosie, however, is very hesitant to do a reality show because of all the turmoil going on in her life. She’s facing health problems, an ongoing custody battle and legal issues with her adopted daughter, Chelsea. But Tatum has been pushing for the show to give Rosie a platform to reveal her side of the story." explains the source.

Rosie is known for leaping into relationships and making them super serious in a short period of time so this one with O'Neal isn't exactly surprising. She has even referred to the actress as her "new wife" after only several weeks together. Are Rosie's friends right? Is this romance going to end up a huge rebound disaster? In the six months since Rosie O'Donnell made a hasty exit from ABC's The View, she may have grabbed more headlines than she would have had she stayed with the troubled chatfest. Unfortunately, most of Rosie's attention has been pretty negative, between her going through a messy divorce from Michelle Rounds and dealing with a custody battle, while her oldest daughter, Chelsea recently ran away and was later found in a drug den. The most recent nugget has the controversial star possibly dating Tatum O'Neal.

According to Page Six, the two were recently spotted sharing, "an intimate dinner at Greenwich Village restaurant Da Silvano last month, and attended Broadway show “Hamilton,” where O’Donnell was heard joking O’Neal is her “new wife.” But O’Donnell’s spokeswoman, Cindi Berger, insists the women are not romantically involved."

While Rosie's team is denying that the two are an item, let's face it, this doesn't seem like the best time in the world for her to be publicly dating anyone. Her personal life is a mess and a big part of that mess involves her kids so bringing someone new into the chaos wouldn't necessarily make sense. There's a reason why Ben Affleck's former nanny, Christine Ouzounian is popping up all over the place- she reportedly wants to extend her 15 minutes of fame. The woman that now finds herself smack in the middle of Affleck's relationship with soon-to-be-ex Jennifer Garner, is angling for a career in reality television.

Ouzounian herself reportedly tipped off the press to the fact that she and Affleck had gotten extremely close and while he is no longer in contact with her, the fallen nanny seems to be loving the attention that she has been getting. There have also been rumors that her stay at a posh Beverly Hills hotel and that new Lexus that Ouzounian has been tooling around town in have been paid for by Affleck through his assistant as a way to try and keep her quiet.

While the former nanny isn't saying very much at all publicly, she has been spotted out often in full hair and make up looking very ready to be photographed. She is now hoping that she can extend the fame from this scandal to a reality career in one of those 60 minutes shows like The Bachelor or Dancing With the Stars.  I guess she needs to think ahead, especially since her days as a well-paid Hollywood nanny are now a done deal. Ben Affleck has been sitting in the hot seat for the last few weeks because of a rumored fling with Christine Ouzounian, the nanny that Jennifer Garner had hired to take care of their three kids. While Affleck has repeatedly insisted that nothing physical happened between the two of them every new nugget of information that leaks out seems to point to just the opposite. Now even the actor's closest friends are questioning whether or not he has been honest.

Affleck claims that the nanny was nothing more than a shoulder to cry on but she doesn't seem to be on the same page. In fact, Ouzounian has been overheard discussing her romance with Affleck on a few occasions and to hear her tell it, the two were far more than just friends. Supposedly Affleck ended things once photos of the two were made public and has kept a relatively low profile in the weeks that have followed. Ouzounian has done just the opposite and seems to be enjoying all of the extra attention.

The one person that the actor has been spotted with is Garner. Before nannygate became an issue there was some speculation that the couple could possibly be working on a reconciliation rather than divorce. Tom Cruise Hasn't Seen Daughter Suri in Nearly Two Years

It has been four years since Katie Holmes swiftly pulled the plug on her marriage to Tom Cruise and while the anticipated custody battle between the two never actually played out that doesn't mean that all is well. In fact, rather than trying to control Suri Cruise, the daughter that he shares with Holmes, it seems that the actor has taken a completely different approach. Sources close to Holmes say that her ex hasn't spent time with their daughter in nearly 600 days!

While Cruise's excuse for not seeing his daughter for months on end was his heavy filming schedule in London, once he returned to the states there was absolutely no reunion. Even while promoting his new Mission Impossible flick in NYC where his daughter lives, Cruise has reportedly made absolutely no attempt to see her.

So what is keeping Cruise from bonding with his daughter? It's likely the fact that Holmes refuses to raise her under the rules and guidelines of Scientology. Since she is likely considered to be an "oppressive" person simply for turning her back on the teachings that would make her someone that Cruise would likely be discouraged from associating with. It has been nearly a month since we learned that Jennifer Garner's marriage to Ben Affleck has come to an end and in the weeks that have followed, the two have seemed incredibly amicable. First they took a family vacation to the Bahamas to escape the media when the news first broke and then they spent several weeks together in Atlanta while Garner worked. Now we're hearing that they will be sharing Brooke Shields old home while renovations are done to their own estate. All the while Affleck has put up a solid front but now we're hearing that the actor is in fact a mess.

Apparently Affleck has been putting his acting skills to good use in order to appear as though he is handling everything just fine. A recent report by Radar Online seems to tell a different story. While he may not have wanted to give up his vices to be a better husband and father, Affleck also really didn't want to lose Garner either.

After years of watching Affleck's alcohol and gambling addictions flare up, as well as rumors of infidelity, Garner finally had enough and pulled the plug on their marriage. Now he is left to figure out how to handle his life without  the person that kept him most grounded for the last decade and Affleck isn't quite sure how to do that.

Some seem to think that a reconciliation might ultimately happen here. Obviously Affleck isn't happy about the split because if he was he would be living it up as a free man. Instead he does seem to be acting more like a man that wants his family back, don't you think?
