There have been rumors swirling ever since Gwen Stefani confirmed that she was ending her 13-year marriage to Gavin Rossdale.  Finally, some of the details are starting to come out and if true, well, it's no wonder that Stefani doesn't care what people are saying about her budding romance with Blake Shelton. It seems that the rumors about Rossdale cheating are true and the situation was actually a whole lot worse than we might of anticipated because he was apparently busted with the couples' longtime nanny!

According to a report by Us Weekly, "The No Doubt frontwoman discovered explicit texts between Rossdale and the nanny — including nude photos of Mann and their plans to meet up for sex — on the family’s iPad. "The iPad was linked to Gavin’s phone. One of the other nannies discovered the exchange and told Gwen.” 

Mindy Mann is the name of Rossdale's alleged mistress and the two reportedly carried on an affair right under Stefani's nose for years! The Bush frontman reportedly denied it at first but eventually came clean and Stefani decided that way too much damage was done to try and fix their marriage. Ironically, this nugget has been revealed on the heels of Rossdale making it clear that he thinks his ex-wife got together with Shelton long before they had actually split.

Currently Booming: Kaley Cuoco's Divorce Due to Ryan Sweeting's Drug Problems

I told you last month that the split between Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting was likely to get messy and this morning we're starting to learn more about why their relationship crumbled. Not that they seemed like a couple that had a great shot at making it, especially when you consider that they were spotted fighting in public just weeks after swapping vows. Supposedly Sweeting has a temper and Cuoco requires a lot of attention, but what we didn't know was about a burgeoning drug problem.

According to a report by Page Six, “Kaley gave him an ultimatum: ‘If you don’t stay sober, then I’m done.’ He went to rehab, but when he came out he went missing for a period of time . . . like four days. Reports surfaced about Sweeting taking painkillers last year, but a source tells us his addiction issues began well before that. “He had some drinking issues in college and he was doing painkillers as early as 2013 at least,” said the source.

Supposedly, Sweeting just recently wrapped up another stint in rehab but it wasn't enough to save his marriage. Cuoco filed for divorce in September and Sweeting just filed documents of his own requesting that he be paid spousal support. Cuoco is expected to fight that request and it's starting to sound like she was very wise to insist on a prenup before they married.

Rumors have also swirled that Sweeting's team is looking for a loophole in the prenup so that he can go after a portion of that as well.  Do you think that he is going to try and take Cuoco for every last dime that he can get out of her?

I told you a few weeks ago that this was going to happen. When Kaley Cuoco confirmed her split from Ryan Sweeting last month there was speculation that he would be looking for a financial payday and sure enough, it has happened. Sweeting finally filed his own documents in response to Cuoco's petitioning for divorce and in that filing he has indeed requested spousal support.

According to a report by E! News, "Ryan Sweeting has responded to Kaley Cuoco’s divorce filing. E! News obtained the court documents filed by the tennis player on Oct. 15 in Los Angeles Superior Court, and there were some notable points found in the legal document. Like Cuoco’s original filing on Sept 25, Ryan cites ever-so-popular “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. However, Sweeting states Sept. 25 (the day of Kaley’s filing) as the date of separation, as opposed to Sept. 3, which was what Cuoco stated in her filing.

The documents also show that the actress’ ex is asking for spousal support and requesting to terminate the court’s ability to award support to Kaley. In her papers, Kaley stated spousal support was payable and terminable as set forth from the couple’s prenuptial agreement, which they signed on Nov. 20, 2013. Ryan is also asking Kaley to pay for his attorney’s fees, something The Big Bang Theory star listed would be paid by both parties, per their prenup."

Supposedly, shortly before their New Year's Eve 2013 wedding Cuoco did have Sweeting sign a prenup but sources have also indicated that the tennis player is also looking for a loophole in that as well. Cuoco is worth millions thanks to her long running role on The Big Bang Theory and it sounds like Sweeting is pretty determined to at least try and get a chunk of it for himself.

It's not too surprising that this marriage seems to be ending in a mess. If anything, the fact that these two managed to make it work for nearly three years is what's really shocking!

Is Jennifer Garner expecting baby number four, in spite of her split from hubby Ben Affleck? Well, that is what the latest round of rumors surrounding these two would have you believing. While they are supposedly in the process of divorcing this looks to be one of the most cozy breakups ever. Even Affleck's dalliance with the nanny didn't keep Garner mad for too long! From what I'm hearing, Garner is NOT expecting another baby, at least not yet, but that doesn't change the fact that these two do seem to be attempting to reconcile.

While Garner and Affleck have often been spotted out together with their kids, just last week they shared a pretty romantic dinner date alone. They knew that the paps would be there to grab photos of them sans children and were okay with that, which leads me to think that they must be getting along pretty well and want us all to know it. These two know how to work and avoid the press and so every public outing is intended for us to see right now.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been living under a microscope ever since announcing their split back in June. At first it looked like he was trying to convince her to give their marriage another shot, but then his hook up with their kids nanny seemed to initially sink any hope for a reconciliation. At least until now. A few days ago the two were spotted grabbing dinner during a very public, adult dinner date and now sources close to Garner and Affleck say that they are actively trying to repair their marriage.

"They are trying to make things work, but it’s really tough. They have been back and forth for years on this subject. There is still love there that they are trying to figure out. The kids are the great equalizer that they want to stay together for, so it’s a daily battle to see if it will work out. It is 50/50 at best,” a source tells Hollywood Life.

We already know that Garner reacted pretty badly when she realized her husband had hooked up with the nanny, but could she possibly be over it and willing to move on- with him? When Affleck and Garner first confirmed their split they really didn't seem like they were completely through with each other. While he obviously was momentarily distracted by the nanny, Affleck didn't exactly act like a free man publicly. Instead he was attached to Garner and their kids.

Is there a chance that these two will patch things up and actually end up back together again?

Since confirming the bust up of her marriage to Ryan Sweeting last week, Kaley Cuoco has worked hard to put on a happy face for the paps that have trailed her. Fans of The Big Bang Theory actress have seen her partying with friends and bonding with her brand new horse as Cuoco clearly tries to insinuate that life is just fine. Sadly, behind the scenes it looks like she could be steadying herself for one heck of a court battle with Sweeting.

Cuoco is worth a reported $53 million and sources close to the former couple are now saying that in spite of being worth an estimated $2 million himself, Sweeting will likely file for spousal support. The couple did sign a prenup but the tennis pro is said to be looking for loopholes that would clear the path for a hefty pay day. Of course Cuoco is ready to fight him every step of the way.

It sounds like this divorce could easily turn very messy and a potential court battle like this could actually last longer than the marriage itself did. When Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale first announced their split back in August it sounded like things were about as amicable as it gets. The couple had been the subject of divorce rumors for years but always seemed to get through the waves of speculation together, at least until recently. As it turns out, not only have they opted for divorce, but Rossdale might just be looking for a nice payday to offset all of the years that he put his career on hold in favor of playing Mr. Mom to the couple's three kids.

According to a source for Radar Online, “Gavin is now demanding more than half of her fortune, He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career, and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on The Voice, he stayed home with their sons. Gavin is even threatening to go to trial if he isn’t given a chunk of Gwen’s fortune. And he will ask for child and spousal support as well. Gwen is furious because at the outset of the divorce, Gavin said he wouldn’t go after her money. She is just kicking herself for not getting a prenup.”

As it turns out, Stefani is worth an estimated $120 million (to Rossdale's $20 million) and without a prenup, under California marital law Rossdale could clean house with 50% of her earnings during their marriage. Sources claim that Stefani would fight to prevent that because she intends to keep every hard earned penny that she can. While it looked like Rossdale's career has stalled it's really hard to say how much he might have earned if he hadn't stayed with the kids so that Stefani could continue working.

Currently Booming: Kaley Cuoco Confirms Split From Ryan Sweeting

I don't think very many people were surprised when Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting confirmed that they had split last weekend. Perhaps more surprising is the fact that the troubled duo's marriage actually lasted for more than 2.5 years! Cuoco and Sweeting swapped vows on New Years Eve 2013 after only a couple months of dating and the two seemed to face divorce talk within weeks.

While Cuoco, star of the long-running The Big Bang Theory spent the early days flaunting her marriage, she also spent most of the last year shooting down rumors of a split. Back in April she praised Sweeting on her social media and insisted that all of the negative press actually made them stronger. Apparently even if that statement was initially true, their marriage wasn't built to last.

Not long after confirming her plan to divorce Cuoco also took to social media to prove that she is doing just fine. She had a girls night out and also posted a (ringless) photo of herself with her new horse, ZaZa.

Currently Booming: Rosie O'Donnell's Ex Michelle Rounds Attempted Suicide Over Custody Battle

It has been awhile since we have heard anything about Rosie O'Donnell's nasty split from and ongoing custody battle with former love, Michelle Rounds. For months Rounds was publicly accusing her ex of being an unfit parent to their adopted 2-year-old daughter, Dakota. Rounds alleged that O'Donnell drank and smoked too much weed to properly care for a toddler. The two reportedly had a bitter fight on Tuesday and later that even first responders had to knock down Rounds hotel room because of an alleged suicide attempt.

According to a report by Radar Online, Rounds checked into a DoubleTree hotel in Nanuet, near O'Donnell's home and reportedly mixed pills and wine until she was unconscious. A concerned friend called for help and Rounds was transferred to Nyack Hospital where she stayed until her release late on Wednesday. Thankfully, Dakota was not with Rounds at the time of the incident.

This sad instance, which has been called a "cry for help" came after months of fighting with her ex. Ironically, watching O'Donnell publicly move on with Tatum O'Neal can't be easy either. True to her character, O'Donnell is moving super fast and O'Neal is reportedly already living in her brand new home.

Could it be that Jennifer Garner is starting to reconsider going ahead with her plan to divorce Ben Affleck? The duo announced their split back in June and for several weeks were spotted together with their kids, looking more rock solid than ever. They had said that it was their intention to present a united front for their family and for once, it actually looked like a divorcing couple was serious about pulling off this heavy duty task. Then Ben got caught hooking up with the nanny and all bets were off.

It has been pretty widely reported that Ben would ideally really like to win back his wife. Ten years is a really long run for a Hollywood marriage and he is probably pretty lost without her anchoring him. Meanwhile, this break has likely felt like a huge relief for Jen after years of having to keep tabs on her man. When the nanny scandal broke she kept quiet but the anger was on her face whenever Jen was spotted out and about.

Supposedly Ben changed his phone number to prove to Jen that he was serious about cutting off contact with anyone that could be considered even a potential hook up. It looks like his approach might actually be working because last night Ben and Jen were spotted having a very public dinner together at NOBU in Malibu. While they have been seen in public together in recent months, it has always been with their kids. This dinner was a very adult evening out.

It's that time again folks. Time for the typical rash of rumors to flare up about the state of Beyonce and Jay Z's marriage. While they were spotted looking pretty loved up while vacationing in Italy just a few days ago, many outlets are insisting that it was just another planned photo op to give the illusion that all is well between them. What we do know for sure is that Bey seems to be on verbal lock down because she hasn't granted an interview in over 18 months!

Some sources close to the couple say that the main reason that Bey isn't talking is because she is tired of pretending that everything is great in her marriage. There have been rumors for years that this marriage has been plagued with infidelity, primarily on Jay's end, and that it's hanging by a thread.

Last year there was rampant speculation that a divorce announcement would come by the end of the year but that obviously never happened. Are Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber still seeing each other on the DL? That seems to be a forever ongoing question, one that Gomez has completely avoided until now. In a brand new interview the former Disney star is finally speaking out about those years that she spent with Biebs and she also paints a pretty clear picture of her romantic life right now.

Gomez told  the U.K.'s Sunday Times, "It’s difficult for people to separate us. The internet wants to freeze this moment in time and constantly repeat it. “I didn’t think I was doing anything bad by falling in love. There’s such an emphasis on people being the perfect thing and then destroying them because it’s good press. Also throw in the fact that you are a teenager — it makes it more difficult. The next relationship will be something dear to me. There is no way I will ever hide my life. I’ve been working my butt off. I’m dating, but I don’t really want anything right now.”

It has to be nearly impossible to try and maintain a healthy relationship, especially for a couple of teenagers, under the intense scrutiny of the press and public. It probably would have been a lot more surprising if the young couple actually found a way to make it last for real. There have been rumors recently about them reconnecting and hooking up again. Will One Direction's Hiatus be Permanent?

This might be the worst week ever for One Direction fans. Sources close to the mega-popular boy band are saying that the guys are gearing up to take an extended hiatus beginning in March. After releasing five albums together the guys are ready to go their separate ways to work on various solo projects.

According to a report by People, "The group, which is now made up of Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan, has mutually agreed to take at least a year long break from the band to pursue their own projects, a source confirms to PEOPLE. This break also means there will not be a tour for their fifth album, which is expected to be released later this year."

The obvious question here is whether or not the hiatus will end up being permanent. Even if they anticipate making 1D a thing of the past there is no way that their management would make that kind of announcement. They need the fans to follow them into their solo careers, not be furious with them for pulling the plug on the beloved boy band.

'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice's Beach House Sold for $100 at Auction

This is the second time in just a few days that Teresa and Joe Giudice are grabbing headlines. Over the weekend the police were called on him because of a fight that occurred with a neighbor after Joe locked his daughter, Gia Guidice out of the family beach house. Now we're hearing that the house in Toms River was just sold back to the bank for a minimum bid of $100.

The Jersey Shore home had been on the auction block but there were no other bids on it probably because the bank wanted most of what the Giudice's owe on the home- nearly $350,000. No one was going to bid that much, especially since the property itself is worth significantly less. It's expected now that Joe and his four daughter's will have about 30 days to completely vacate the property for good.

In the meantime, Teresa is still behind bars sitting pretty in a Connecticut jail for various fraud charges. She is expected to be released in December and shortly thereafter Joe will begin serving nearly four years for defrauding numerous former business associates. Various rumors surround the couple as Joe is frequently caught in the company of other women while his wife is imprisoned. Do you think that she will support him once she is freed? Ben Affleck's Ex-Nanny Christine Ouzounian Wants Reality TV Career

There's a reason why Ben Affleck's former nanny, Christine Ouzounian is popping up all over the place- she reportedly wants to extend her 15 minutes of fame. The woman that now finds herself smack in the middle of Affleck's relationship with soon-to-be-ex Jennifer Garner, is angling for a career in reality television.

Ouzounian herself reportedly tipped off the press to the fact that she and Affleck had gotten extremely close and while he is no longer in contact with her, the fallen nanny seems to be loving the attention that she has been getting. There have also been rumors that her stay at a posh Beverly Hills hotel and that new Lexus that Ouzounian has been tooling around town in have been paid for by Affleck through his assistant as a way to try and keep her quiet.

While the former nanny isn't saying very much at all publicly, she has been spotted out often in full hair and make up looking very ready to be photographed. She is now hoping that she can extend the fame from this scandal to a reality career in one of those 60 minutes shows like The Bachelor or Dancing With the Stars.  I guess she needs to think ahead, especially since her days as a well-paid Hollywood nanny are now a done deal. Even Ben Affleck's Friends Don't Believe 'Nannygate' Denials

Ben Affleck has been sitting in the hot seat for the last few weeks because of a rumored fling with Christine Ouzounian, the nanny that Jennifer Garner had hired to take care of their three kids. While Affleck has repeatedly insisted that nothing physical happened between the two of them every new nugget of information that leaks out seems to point to just the opposite. Now even the actor's closest friends are questioning whether or not he has been honest.

Affleck claims that the nanny was nothing more than a shoulder to cry on but she doesn't seem to be on the same page. In fact, Ouzounian has been overheard discussing her romance with Affleck on a few occasions and to hear her tell it, the two were far more than just friends. Supposedly Affleck ended things once photos of the two were made public and has kept a relatively low profile in the weeks that have followed. Ouzounian has done just the opposite and seems to be enjoying all of the extra attention.

The one person that the actor has been spotted with is Garner. Before nannygate became an issue there was some speculation that the couple could possibly be working on a reconciliation rather than divorce. Is Miranda Lambert Okay After Split from Blake Shelton?

I don't think that too many people were surprised to learn that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert had decided to part ways but the fact that they were officially divorced the same day that the split was made public was a bit of a jolt. While Shelton has called this one of the most difficult events in his life, he seems to be acting like all is well. Lambert on the other hand, isn't even trying to hide her struggle.

Instead of pulling herself together and trying to create even an illusion that she's holding up okay, Lambert has been breaking down onstage during her live shows. Last Friday she performed in Minnesota and told the audience that she wished that she had been drinking all day and then said that she "deserved" to because she is newly divorced.

Ironically enough, it is Shelton's love of anything in a bottle that reportedly drove a wedge between the couple. Shelton has never really tried to hide the fact that he enjoys drinking and partying to excess and we're now hearing that he's not exactly the nicest guy when drunk. Lambert spent years partying hard with Shelton until deciding to get healthy about 18 months ago. Do you think that this split will send her spiraling out of control again too?

The break up of Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck has kind of dominated the celebrity news headlines this summer but I wouldn't pull the plug on these two just yet. Even rumors and unofficial confirmation that Affleck had hooked up with their nanny hasn't been enough to make Garner take off her wedding ring. In fact, just yesterday these two were spotted shopping together in Atlanta and their wedding rings were both still on!

We know that Garner and Affleck have continued to live together supposedly for the sake of co-parenting their three kids but the kids aren't making them keep their rings on. They are likely doing that because in spite of it looking like the marriage is finished, something still must remain between them.

Almost from the minute that they announced their split the media has wondered out loud if there was a chance for real reconciliation between Garner and Affleck.
