Ingredients

 

1.5 oz. Vodka

1.5 oz. Southern Comfort

1.5 oz. Blue Curacao

1.5 oz. Cranberry Juice

Kiwi wheel for garnish

Directions

 Pour the Vodka, SoCo., and Blue Curacao into an ice filled cocktail shaker.  Cover, shake well, and pour into a Collins glass.  Pour the Cranberry Juice on top (stirring is optional) and place a Kiwi wheel on the glass to garnish.  Add some sipping straws, and let the fun begin.  Be careful whom you're around when you drink this aphrodisiac because, whether you're in a bar, tavern, or cantina... nothing gets them worked up.... like that Funky Cold Medina!

Khloe Kardashian may have put a halt on her divorce from Lamar Odom but we're learning that ir really doesn't necessarily mean that a reconciliation is in the cards either. After a few weeks of hospitalization, Odom's condition has stabilized so much that he is now able to make his own medical decisions and some of those choices are really scaring Kardashian.

While Odom has to be in pretty significant pain his doctor's are being very careful with his treatment because of his addiction issues. They were avoiding giving him anything strong for pain and apparently the former NBA star has now begun asking for some hard core meds.

According to a report by Radar Online, “Lamar was moved out of ICU earlier this week because of the progress that has been made. He is no longer on dialysis. But there are concerns because Lamar has been asking for copious amounts of pain medication, including Oxycontin.”

We have heard in the last few days that Kardashian has finally left Odom's bedside and the decision to do so has been made easier by her ex's requesting Oxycontin. Supposedly she has made it clear that if he turns back to the drugs that nearly killed him, then she is finished with supporting him in any way. Do you think that if left to his own devices, Odom will return to a life of drugs?

I told you last month that the split between Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting was likely to get messy and this morning we're starting to learn more about why their relationship crumbled. Not that they seemed like a couple that had a great shot at making it, especially when you consider that they were spotted fighting in public just weeks after swapping vows. Supposedly Sweeting has a temper and Cuoco requires a lot of attention, but what we didn't know was about a burgeoning drug problem.

According to a report by Page Six, “Kaley gave him an ultimatum: ‘If you don’t stay sober, then I’m done.’ He went to rehab, but when he came out he went missing for a period of time . . . like four days. Reports surfaced about Sweeting taking painkillers last year, but a source tells us his addiction issues began well before that. “He had some drinking issues in college and he was doing painkillers as early as 2013 at least,” said the source.

Supposedly, Sweeting just recently wrapped up another stint in rehab but it wasn't enough to save his marriage. Cuoco filed for divorce in September and Sweeting just filed documents of his own requesting that he be paid spousal support. Cuoco is expected to fight that request and it's starting to sound like she was very wise to insist on a prenup before they married.

Rumors have also swirled that Sweeting's team is looking for a loophole in the prenup so that he can go after a portion of that as well.  Do you think that he is going to try and take Cuoco for every last dime that he can get out of her?

Lamar Odom may be the first man on earth that can say that hookers and a drug bender in a brothel basically repaired his marriage. We already know that the original divorce petition made by Khloe Kardashian nearly two years ago was withdrawn last week, meaning that at least for now these two are choosing to remain married. While Kardashian's motives are likely coming from the right place, the same can't be said of her mother, Kris Jenner's motives.

Jenner has a knack for zeroing in on family pain and mining it for reality television gold and apparently Odom's overdose and the medical crisis that has followed it is making her see dollar signs. She can't wait for Odom's first post-overdose interview to be scheduled.

According to a report by Radar Online, “Anyone saying they’ve not been filming throughout this doesn’t know what they’re talking about.  Kris is licking her lips at all the money she’ll make on the back of Lamar’s OD. She puts on a good show of maternal concern, but there’s always an agenda with Kris and Lamar’s troubles are no exception.”

We have been hearing for months that NeNe Leakes was completely finished with The Real Housewives of Atlanta and really happy to move on from the reality series. If you tuned in last season then you watched as the series' former top dog quickly became the under dog, with nearly every cast member having serious issues with Leakes. She never expected everyone to turn on her and so her response was to walk away, at least for a minute. Now I'm hearing that she will indeed return for the eighth season after all.

According to a report by E!, "RHOA is currently filming season eight's trip to Jamaica, and NeNe will make an appearance—unannounced—much to the surprise of her unsuspecting co-stars, according to sources close to production. (That's right: The ladies have no idea she's coming. The drama!) NeNe will be making an undetermined number of appearances in the new season."

Are you at all surprised that Leakes is going to turn up and stir the pot a bit more? I'm guessing that you're probably not. Perhaps the real question is whether or not Leakes ever really intended to leave or if that story made for good publicity. Do you think that she's actually still a regular RHOA cast member and that she'll be on for most of the season despite the rumors about her quitting?

This trip to rehab seems to be different for Scott Disick. Rather than turning it into a way to make money or cutting out after just a few days, he has stayed and worked hard on himself for weeks now. His baby mama, Kourtney Kardashian dumped him back in July and in the months that followed Disick's addictions caused him to really spiral out of control. He is now supposedly hoping for a reconciliation but it seems that Kardashian isn't having that, at least not yet.

Last weekend, Kris Jenner took Disick's three small children to visit him in rehab and Kardashian was nowhere to be found. Rather than giving him false hope or distracting him from the work that he needs to do, Kardashian decided to steer clear of the Malibu rehab facility and not visit her ex.

Disick is no doubt really hoping that once Kardashian sees that he's clean and sober, she'll then take him back. Do you think that it'll go that way? Will she be able to put everything in the past in order to build a future with him? Or has too much irreversible damage already been done to their relationship? Should Kardashian keep it moving or should she give their relationship one last chance?

I wish that photo was a scratch and sniff shot. I know, you're looking at Shampoo bottles and wondering where on earth I'm going with this, right? Well, if you were a teen girl in the late 80's then I'm going to bet that you probably swore by Salon Selectives shampoo & conditioner. I was in beauty school when this stuff first came out in 1987 and even though I had access to every beauty supply store product imaginable, I still insisted on using this stuff instead.

It made my huge hair nice and soft so that I could then layer on the hair spray and make it a solid, blunt object. And then there was the smell, that great apple smell that no one else has ever come close to duplicating. Originally made by Helene Curtis, I knew that the brand changed hands a few times over the years and I thought it was long gone. The other night I ventured into a dollar store to get Halloween stuff and there it was, a big wall of Salon Selectives in its original bottles. 

I think I dropped whatever I was holding to open the top on a bottle and inhale. Yep, it still smells exactly as I remembered. I snatched up several bottles and did a bit of digging to uncover that not only does the brand still exist, but you may find it in Walgreens. I haven't seen it there but their official website has a bunch of places listed that sell the fabulous products. If you used to use this stuff way back when, you'll be thrilled to know that it's still around! My kids are now as addicted as I am, thank god I bought a stash of it!

Would the Kardashian family really go so low as to film footage for their reality show as Lamar Odom fights for his life in a Las Vegas hospital?  Sadly, that seems to be exactly the case. Not long after the former NBA player was found unconscious in a Vegas brothel we learned that Khloe Kardashian was on her way to his hospital bedside. While the two have been separated for about two years both seemed to hope for a reconciliation so her presence wasn't a surprise. Unfortunately, when the rest of the Kardashian clan started flying in that's when intentions started to look a little fishy.

According to a report by Page Six, “It’s a s- -t show,” an unnamed source said. “The Kardashians are trying to run everything. They walked into the hospital with cameras rolling. It was shocking, but hardly a surprise…They are all crying and pretending like they care.”

Various sources have claimed that Kardashian family momager, Kris Jenner is using Odom's life and death situation as a great storyline for the season of their reality show that is currently filming. While one could argue that this is reality so it's fair game, it also seems pretty exploitative to take yet another family crisis and turn it into made-for-television drama.

Up until this point, Jenner has never really seen any issue as being off limits and instead has used everything to cash in. Do you think that the cameras have been rolling on family members this week as they have all gone through various emotions in connection to Odom's overdose?

Boom Daily Throwback: 'Sassy' Magazine

Do you guys remember Sassy magazine? It was the alternative to typical teen magazines, created by the incredibly talented Jane Pratt way back in 1987. Instead of looking for the perfect outfit to wear on a date with the perfect all-American-boy, Sassy readers were more invested in actual social issues and dealing with real life rather than the fairy tale that the other pubs served up each month. 

Sassy was the first thing that I looked at that made me want to write, just like that. It seemed like a dream career to be able to use my voice to make people think by challenging the ideas that the had already formed on their own. Back then I had no idea that being a writer would also be a somewhat devastating career path because it is filled with self doubt, rewrites, brutal editors and did I mention self doubt? And that's on the good days!

Researching a project that I'm working on has meant actually getting my hands on some of the things that shaped me as a teen and this week, that included old copies of Sassy. 

I actually remembered one of the issues, dated 1989. I remember buying it and carrying it with me for an entire month until Pratt rolled out the next issue. Once I picked it up I think the instincts just kicked in because I automatically flipped it over to read what was written on the binding, because there was always a message.  This time I looked at Sassy from a different perspective. 25 years later I know that I've made it. I know that whatever inspiration was in those pages, it stuck It has pushed me through years of wondering on-and-off why I chose this business in the first place.

I couldn't put my finger on any one thing now that obviously sucked me in all of those years ago. Instead I just ended up making peace with the idea that back then, Sassy was supposed to be that catalyst that gave me a clue about what my career might be.

When I'm stuck up against a deadline for a job I don't level, it's likely Sassy's influence that helps me to keep pushing through. When I tackle serious topics and the feedback is wonderful, well I owe all of that to Sassy as well. It was Pratt that first taught me how to talk about uncomfortable things and to trust that I'd survive on the other side of them. 

I have teen daughters now and ironically enough, I found myself handing over the 26-year-old issues of Sassy to them yesterday. Not only does the advice still stand, but the conversational style still beats anything at all currently on the market for this generation.

Currently Booming: 'I Am Cait' Renewed Despite Low Ratings

While Caitlyn Jenner's official introduction was met with praise and positivity, her reality show that began airing just a few short months later garnered exactly the opposite. The first episode of I Am Cait was a ratings bonanza, but after that everyone seemed to tune out in unison. Many insiders believed that it would be a one-season deal but yesterday it was actually confirmed that E! has indeed picked up I Am Cait for a second season. 

According to a report by Radar Online, “Filming begins in November. Caitlyn was really upset about the low ratings, but she had the time of her life filming and bonding with her new friends. She knows that the show is creating a livelihood for many trans women who appear on it. This is her way of giving back. She’s still really uncomfortable discussing her sexuality,” the insider reveals."

Why do you think that the reality docuseries has been given a second season? Is it because Jenner has been such a spokesperson for the trans community, at least by normalizing the topic and creating an open dialogue? Was this show renewed in the hopes that, even if it is regularly reaching only a select few, it will somehow accomplish something really important anyway?

Currently Booming: Khloe Kardashian Believes Lamar Odom Will Never Do Drugs Again

Yesterday I told you that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom had signed off on paperwork to dismiss their pending divorce and that once the petition was filed it meant that they are staying married, Supposedly this near death experience has brought clarity to Odom and the gravity of his drug use, making him realize that he really does need to stop or else death is inevitable.

Once Odom swore to Kardashian that he is finished with drugs and that he wants to stay clean, she was quite willing to give things a chance. Staying clean will be relatively easy for Odom in the near future and that's because he is looking at an extensive hospital stay do to several residual medical problems that his overdose has caused. While Odom has survived, his quality of life is considerably different.

According to a report by People, "Lamar is doing OK. There are still many questions about what will happen in the future. Lamar still can’t stand up alone. He has to be helped to a chair right by his bed. He is receiving antibiotics for a respiratory infection. He is also still receiving dialysis.”

An even bigger challenge might come further down the road when and if Odom is well enough to leave the hospital and return to some sort of real life. That's when his true battle to stay off the drugs will begin. Do you think that Kardashian was wise to call of the divorce and to take things with Odom one day at a time?

I don't think anyone is surprised to learn that Khloe Kardashian has called off her divorce from Lamar Odom. He had reportedly finally signed the papers this past summer and the couple was waiting for a judge to sign the final divorce decree. Before that could happen Odom came close to dying from a drug overdose and the medical crisis sent Kardashian running to his side. He is far from out of the woods and she has not only decided to stand by Odom but she also decided to dissolve that divorce petition this week.

According to a report by TMZ, "Khloe's lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge Wednesday morning, asking a judge to withdraw the papers they both signed to end their marriage. The file was sitting in a pile waiting to be processed and signed by a judge. The judge granted Wasser's request and the file is now dead. Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013, but sat on it for a year and a half because she tried to save her marriage by trying to get Lamar into rehab. She finally gave up this summer."

I guess this is hardly the time to make any big decisions regarding anything in terms of their relationship, right? It was pretty obvious that the love between Kardashian and Odom never died, she simply couldn't deal with his addictive behavior any more. Currently Booming: Ryan Sweeting Has Asked Court for Spousal Support in Divorce from Kaley Cuoco

I told you a few weeks ago that this was going to happen. When Kaley Cuoco confirmed her split from Ryan Sweeting last month there was speculation that he would be looking for a financial payday and sure enough, it has happened. Sweeting finally filed his own documents in response to Cuoco's petitioning for divorce and in that filing he has indeed requested spousal support.

According to a report by E! News, "Ryan Sweeting has responded to Kaley Cuoco’s divorce filing. E! News obtained the court documents filed by the tennis player on Oct. 15 in Los Angeles Superior Court, and there were some notable points found in the legal document. Like Cuoco’s original filing on Sept 25, Ryan cites ever-so-popular “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. However, Sweeting states Sept. 25 (the day of Kaley’s filing) as the date of separation, as opposed to Sept. 3, which was what Cuoco stated in her filing.

The documents also show that the actress’ ex is asking for spousal support and requesting to terminate the court’s ability to award support to Kaley. In her papers, Kaley stated spousal support was payable and terminable as set forth from the couple’s prenuptial agreement, which they signed on Nov. 20, 2013. Ryan is also asking Kaley to pay for his attorney’s fees, something The Big Bang Theory star listed would be paid by both parties, per their prenup."

Supposedly, shortly before their New Year's Eve 2013 wedding Cuoco did have Sweeting sign a prenup but sources have also indicated that the tennis player is also looking for a loophole in that as well. Cuoco is worth millions thanks to her long running role on The Big Bang Theory and it sounds like Sweeting is pretty determined to at least try and get a chunk of it for himself.

It's not too surprising that this marriage seems to be ending in a mess. If anything, the fact that these two managed to make it work for nearly three years is what's really shocking!

Several months ago it was confirmed that Brandi Glanville was out at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The 42-year-old mom of two has always been a lightening rod for trouble and over the last few years that has been part of what has kept her on the show. Glanville was a fan favorite but in the last year something changed and everyone seemed to decide that keeping her around was a bad idea. Bravo beginning filming season 6 without her and they realized that Glanville's drama was needed.

While she is no longer billed as a full time housewife, Glanville has taped scenes for season six.  I have to wonder how the decision to bring her back is sitting with the rest of the cast. By the end of last season nearly everyone had an ax to grind with her and even the fans were hating on Glanville. Do you think that every scene that includes her now will be seriously messy?

Just how much is Mariah Carey really worth for a single performance? Well, we know that Caesars Palace in Las Vegas was willing to pay millions earlier this year to make Carey their newest resident diva but is she worth even more than that? Apparently someone overlooked all of the vocal struggles that Carey has had in recent years and is willing to make her even richer. Millions of dollars richer.

According to a report by TMZ, Carey will make a fortune for one performance, "We're told Carey just signed a multi-million dollar deal for a one-off NYE performance at Copacabana in Brazil. Our sources wouldn't divulge the exact number Mariah's getting, but we're told it's between $2 and $5 million FOR ONE NIGHT OF WORK!!!"

Carey's performances in recent years have often been a real struggle, with her not always able to hit those high notes that were once her trademark. She is also known to be difficult to work with so when you put these things together, are you surprised that she would still command such an astronomical price tag? Is she worth $5 million?

Currently Booming: Lamar Odom's Recovery Will Take Months, Khloe Kardashian Will Remain at His Side

Lamar Odom's awakening from a coma seemed like nothing short of a miracle last week but we're now learning that the former NBA player is going to have a tough road ahead of him in terms of a recovery. In the days when Odom's life seemed to be hanging by a thread he was dealing with several of his vital organs beginning to fail and some of the damage done to his body may never be totally reversible. Estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian has stayed at his side during this medical crisis and sources say that she won't be leaving him any time soon.

According to an exclusive report by TMZ, "Doctors are telling Lamar's friends and family rehabilitation will take many months, and they believe an undetermined amount of damage to his body will be permanent. We're told Lamar will have physical, speech, and other therapists working with him for the foreseeable future. As for Khloe, our sources say she has vowed to stay with him through the entire ordeal ... and that includes all therapy."

Last summer Kardashian and Odom both signed off on their final divorce paperwork but it has yet to be signed by a judge which is needed to make them officially divorced. Do you think that this crisis will ultimately be the catalyst to putting this former reality super couple back together again?

It has been a minute since we have heard anything from Angelina Jolie but that's all about to change. The actress will be seen next month in her film By The Sea, which also stars her husband, Brad Pitt. This project was a real labor of love on Jolie's part as she wrote and also directed it. By The Sea is set in the mid-1970's Paris and follows a dancer and her writer-husband on their travels. The couple is dysfunctional and many have suspected that it might be loosely based on Jolie's own relationship with Pitt. 

The actress is currently covering the November issue of Vogue and inside is an interview that digs a little deeper into the premise of By The Sea and also the state of Jolie's current life. 

Jolie told Vogue in an exclusive interview, "The director was very focused. The actress was unstable. And the writer was deeply confused. This is the only film I’ve done that is completely based on my own crazy mind.” For years, she says, she and Brad called the script for By the Sea “the crazy one. We even called it ‘the worst idea.’  It’s not autobiographical. Brad and I have our issues but if the characters’ were even remotely close to our problems we couldn’t have made the film.”

The fact that Jolie admits to their being any problems at all in her marriage is a bit startling. Celebs like to present the illusion of perfection on all fronts so to hear her admit to issues in her marriage is almost refreshing. Do you believe the characters that she created for By The Sea aren't based on her marriage? 

Currently Booming: Lamar Odom Out of Coma, Showing Signs of Improvement

Nearly four days after being discovered unconscious at Las Vegas' Love Ranch, a comatose Lamar Odom actually opened his eyes and was able to speak! In the last 24 hours the former NBA player has slowly been weaned off of life support and is now said to be breathing on his own. While at least four major organs were reportedly beginning to fail, Odom is now showing hopeful signs for a real recovery.

Khloe Kardashian rushed to her estranged husband's side, where she has stayed throughout this crisis, and sources close to the reality star say that she is prepared to stay for the long haul. Odom's family had been preparing for the worst, with his father, Joe Odom at one point being seen buying his son a suit. That led to rumors that the family was making funeral preparations and perhaps they were, but yesterday's turn of events now has everyone hoping for the best.

There were rumors that Odom was brain dead after his apparent overdose but several sources have confirmed that he has spoken a little bit and certainly does know who Kardashian and his two children are. That means that Odom's mental capacity is nowhere near as bad as people were fearing. Doctor's have warned that he is not out of the woods yet but simply waking up at all has been deemed a miracle of sorts.

Currently Booming: Brian Williams Already Throwing His Weight Around at MSNBC

Brian Williams has only been back on the air for a few short weeks and already he is making his presence felt behind the scenes at MSNBC. Williams, the former anchor of NBC Nightly News, caught a break earlier this year when the network decided to shift him over to the ratings-challenged MSNBC rather than flat out firing him. Williams was sidelined with a six month suspension after being caught embellishing several of his news reports and rather than returning with a bit of humility, his known ego is still front and center.

According to a report by Page Six, "Brian has been going to town at MSNBC, He’s dictating personnel changes.” Pat Burkey — Williams’ executive producer at NBC’s “Nightly News” who remained when Williams was suspended and Lester Holt got the gig — was relegated this week to executive producer in charge of afternoon news coverage at MSNBC. “Pat’s going with Brian, but it’s being looked at like a demotion,” said a source.

That situation is only one example of Williams insisting that MSNBC cater to his demands and his co-workers are reportedly furious because it has cost several people their jobs. Are you surprised that the network kept Williams on board at all?  It seems an incredibly tough task to expect a credibility-challenged former anchor to save a network that itself is known for credibility issues, doesn't it?

When word first broke on Tuesday that Scott Disick had checked himself into a Malibu rehab facility, many assumed that it was his knee jerk reaction to Lamar Odom being found unconscious after an apparent drug overdose. We have since learned that Disick actually checked himself in last weekend after realizing that if he didn't finally get himself cleaned up he was never going to have access to his kids with baby mama, Kourtney Kardashian.

According to a report by People magazine, "Disick checked in to Cliffside Malibu, a luxury drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, over the weekend. Disick made the decision after receiving an ultimatum from Kardashian about being able to see their kids: Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months. The source notes that Disick checked in well before Odom was rushed to the hospital and likely doesn't even know about the former basketball player's condition: "They don't want it to interfere with his progress." 

It actually makes a lot of sense that Disick wouldn't know about Odom's fight to stay alive. The reality star has lost several people over the last few years and rather than actually grieving any of it he has partied harder. Telling him about Odom's overdose likely would disrupt whatever work Disick is attempting to do to better himself.

Some sources are claiming that he absolutely believes that if he completes a real rehab program then Kardashian will take him back. Do you think that's even a thought in her mind at this point? Or does she just want him sober and healthy so that they can try to successfully co-parent together?

It has been nearly three days since Lamar Odom's unconscious body was found at The Love Ranch, a brothel in Las Vegas, and sadly his chances of survival are not looking good. While doctors originally gave him a 50/50 chance of pulling through this suspected drug overdose, the longer that he remains comatose, the less likely he is to survive. While some sources have reported that Odom has squeezed estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian's hand, most doctors believe that the movement was likely involuntary.

Various reports out this morning seem to be confirming that Odom is technically brain dead and that Kardashian, as next of kin, is left to make all of the medical decisions on his behalf. One of those decisions may include having Odom transferred to an L.A. hospital for treatment. So far there is no word on whether or not that is a realistic possibility. Supposedly she has already had doctor's from across the country quickly flown in to evaluate the former NBA stars worsening condition.

The entire Kardashian and Jenner clan (minus Caitlyn Jenner) has flown to Vegas as a show of family solidarity. They also have stopped business operations, something that we have never seen before. Kendall Jenner left a scheduled fashion week appearance and even Kim Kardashian's app is on pause during this tragic medical crisis.

Currently Booming: Lamar Odom Reportedly in 'Dire' Condition, Khloe Kardashian 'Inconsolable'

Rumors about Lamar Odom have been swirling since last night, after it was confirmed that he was found unconscious at a Las Vegas brothel earlier in the day. What we know for sure is that Odom had been partying there for days as a way of escaping his everyday life and it may ultimately cost him his life. 

According to a report by TMZ, "Sources at the Love Ranch tell us ... 35-year-old Odom arrived at the Ranch Saturday and was partying with the girls for days. A source at the Ranch said Lamar was taking an herbal substitute for Viagra. We spoke with Hof  ... who tells us Tuesday afternoon, a woman went into Odom's room in the VIP suites and found him unconscious. We're told the woman began screaming for the manager -- who called 911. The manager rolled Lamar over on his side and saw "mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth." An ambulance took Lamar to Pahrump hospital, where doctors intubated him ... an indication he could not breathe on his own."

Updated reports late last night say that Khloe Kardashian is at Odom's side and completely inconsolable. Obviously this is exactly what she feared would happen to her ex if he didn't steer clear of his addictions once and for all. Kardashian filed for divorce in Dec. of 2013 but a judge never actually signed off on the petition because Odom had dragged his feet with his portion of the paperwork.

Kardashian is technically still considered Odom's next of kin, which means that the decisions regarding his medical care likely are resting on her shoulders. Many outlets are reporting that Odom has very little brain activity and that makes his prognosis pretty dire right now. Such an incredibly sad situation for one of reality television's most popular former couples.

David Duchovny and Chris Carter were front and center at NY's Comic Con last weekend to talk shop and fans of the cult classic series are counting down the days until Mulder and Scully (Gillian Anderson) are back on the case. "Are We Truly Alone" is the very first episode of this reboot and a new promo clip has good old Mulder pondering the same kinds of questions that launched the series more than 20 years ago. Fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are already quite familiar with Yolanda Foster and her battle with Lyme disease. Since her diagnosis not long after joining the show a few years back, Foster has used the reality series as a platform to help educate everyone about the sometimes debilitating disease.  She has traveled across the world in search of holistic treatments that might help improve the quality of her life and her fans have praised Foster's grit and honesty. What we didn't know is that two of her children, Anwar and Bella Hadid also have Lyme.



Foster spoke earlier this week at the Global Lyme Alliance Gala in NYC saying, ""I honestly don’t have the proper words in my vocabulary to describe to you the darkness, the pain, and the unknown hell I’ve lived these past years. I actually did not live. I just existed in a jail of my own paralyzed brain. This disease has brought me to my knees. Many nights I wish to die. I pray that I will just wash away into heaven, where there will be no pain. God had different plans for me. He changed my destiny when my two youngest children, Bella and Anwar, were diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease in early 2012. Watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me and my journey struck the deepest chord of hopelessness inside of me, and it’s because of them that I’m motivated to stand here in front of you today.”

Foster's other daughter, GiGi Hadid also spoke out about being the only one in the family that is healthy and how hard it is to relate to her mom and siblings at times. Currently Booming: 'The X-Files' Takes NY Comic Con by Storm

Are you guys excited about The X-Files returning to our television screens next January? I thought so. Fans of the cult classic hit show have begged for Mulder and Scully (played to perfection by David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson) to reunite onscreen and it's finally going to happen. We know that the cast and crew filmed in Vancouver this past summer and they were thrilled to show up for New York Comic Con to talk about the beloved show this weekend.

Those in attendance were lucky enough to preview the first episode of the series revival, which will air on January 24th for the rest of us to see. Several nuggets have leaked out from that screening and perhaps the biggest might be the notion that everything that The X-Files has taught us to believe over the last 20 years is false. We also know that life has continued on for Mulder and Scully and when the series picks up, neither of them is working for the FBI. Hit the clip above for more from NY Comic Con yesterday!

Currently Booming: Are Kourtney Kardashian and Justin Bieber Hooking Up?

Well, this is a pretty odd pairing, or maybe it's not. I'm talking about Kourtney Kardashian who was spotted leaving a West Hollywood club this weekend, with Justin Bieber. The mom of three went through a very public split from her baby daddy, Scott Disick last summer and has kept a pretty low profile, at least until now. While Bieber is close friends with Kendall Jenner and Kanye West, it still seemed a bit shocking that he would be spotted out with Kardashian.

Many are wondering if this is simply a move on Kardashian's part to try and make Disick jealous. It's likely not a coincidence that he was spotted at exactly the same club last week with an 18-year-old on his arm. It could easily be viewed as a tit-for-tat kind of move that Kardashian is then spotted out with a guy 15 years her junior, but why even go there, unless of course she still wants Disick back.

Do you think that Kardashian and Bieber are actually hooking up or are they simply friends? Would she be looking for a much younger guy for a fling or is Kardashian likely to gravitate towards someone older and stable, especially after nearly a decade with Disick's instability? Was this night out just intended to raise eyebrows?

Currently Booming: Bobbi Kristina's Estate Accuses Nick Gordon of Giving Her 'Toxic' Injection

Did Nick Gordon play a purposeful role in the ultimate death of Bobbi Kristina Brown? Well, that is what her estate has alleged for months now and this past week they filed more detailed court documents, explaining what they believed transpired in Brown's final hours of life.

According to a report by TMZ, "The estate just filed legal docs alleging Nick and Bobbi Kristina got into a violent fight, after which he somehow injected her with a "toxic mixture," which rendered her unconscious. The docs claim Nick then placed his girlfriend face down in the tub, which ultimately caused her death."

The autopsy results are in on the official cause of Brown's death but supposedly neither side in the civil suit has seen them yet, only the family reportedly has. If there was nothing that would lend itself to the ongoing criminal investigation then it seems fairly likely that the results would have been made public by now just to put all questions to rest once and for all. The fact that information is being withheld does seem to point to their being something that can connect Gordon to his girlfriend's untimely death.

While we still don't actually know what occurred on that night back in January that led to Brown spending the next several months comatose we do know that Gordon is prepared for the worst, as he has hired the same legal team that helped Casey Anthony to escape a conviction in the death of her daughter. Do you think that charges are coming for Gordon or will this case just linger with no real closure for the Brown family?

Is Jennifer Garner expecting baby number four, in spite of her split from hubby Ben Affleck? Well, that is what the latest round of rumors surrounding these two would have you believing. While they are supposedly in the process of divorcing this looks to be one of the most cozy breakups ever. Even Affleck's dalliance with the nanny didn't keep Garner mad for too long! From what I'm hearing, Garner is NOT expecting another baby, at least not yet, but that doesn't change the fact that these two do seem to be attempting to reconcile.

While Garner and Affleck have often been spotted out together with their kids, just last week they shared a pretty romantic dinner date alone. They knew that the paps would be there to grab photos of them sans children and were okay with that, which leads me to think that they must be getting along pretty well and want us all to know it. These two know how to work and avoid the press and so every public outing is intended for us to see right now.

Currently Booming: Josh Duggar In a Panic As Anna Duggar Considers Divorce

A few weeks ago it was reported that Anna Duggar moved herself and her four children out of the home that she shares with unfaithful husband, Josh Duggar, in favor of living with her parents in Florida. While the move was startling, those close to Duggar seemed to expect her to find a way to ultimately keep her marriage together but now we're hearing just the opposite. Josh has been in a religious rehab facility trying to get himself together and apparently the time away from him isn't helping Anna's rage to subside much.

According to a source for Hollywood Life, "When Josh heard that Anna was contemplating divorce, he flipped out.  Since Anna moved out of her home with Josh, they don’t speak on a regular basis. However, ever since this talk of divorce, he’s been begging her not to leave him. He says he’s determined to change, by the grace of God, and [he’s] working hard to get to that place."

We know that the Duggar family completely frowns on divorce under any circumstances so for Anna to even seriously consider the option is really a pretty big deal. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been living under a microscope ever since announcing their split back in June. At first it looked like he was trying to convince her to give their marriage another shot, but then his hook up with their kids nanny seemed to initially sink any hope for a reconciliation. At least until now. A few days ago the two were spotted grabbing dinner during a very public, adult dinner date and now sources close to Garner and Affleck say that they are actively trying to repair their marriage.

"They are trying to make things work, but it’s really tough. They have been back and forth for years on this subject. There is still love there that they are trying to figure out. The kids are the great equalizer that they want to stay together for, so it’s a daily battle to see if it will work out. It is 50/50 at best,” a source tells Hollywood Life.

We already know that Garner reacted pretty badly when she realized her husband had hooked up with the nanny, but could she possibly be over it and willing to move on- with him? When Affleck and Garner first confirmed their split they really didn't seem like they were completely through with each other. While he obviously was momentarily distracted by the nanny, Affleck didn't exactly act like a free man publicly. Instead he was attached to Garner and their kids.

Is there a chance that these two will patch things up and actually end up back together again?

Since confirming the bust up of her marriage to Ryan Sweeting last week, Kaley Cuoco has worked hard to put on a happy face for the paps that have trailed her. Fans of The Big Bang Theory actress have seen her partying with friends and bonding with her brand new horse as Cuoco clearly tries to insinuate that life is just fine. Sadly, behind the scenes it looks like she could be steadying herself for one heck of a court battle with Sweeting.

Cuoco is worth a reported $53 million and sources close to the former couple are now saying that in spite of being worth an estimated $2 million himself, Sweeting will likely file for spousal support. The couple did sign a prenup but the tennis pro is said to be looking for loopholes that would clear the path for a hefty pay day. Of course Cuoco is ready to fight him every step of the way.

It sounds like this divorce could easily turn very messy and a potential court battle like this could actually last longer than the marriage itself did. Gunning for Cuoco's cash sounds like a pretty big revenge move on Sweeting's part, doesn't it? Do you think that being married to her was so rough that he actually believes he deserves a windfall?

It has been a minute since we have heard any new allegations about Josh Duggars bad behavior but it looks like someone new has come forward with a tale to tell. Duggar is currently sitting in a religious rehab, attempting to get help for what is starting to resemble a sex addiction. He has admitted to molesting his sisters and also cheating on his wife, Anna Duggar, with various women. According to a new report by In Touch magazine, a second porn star is starting to talk about her rough encounter with the shamed reality star.

There's little doubt the Duggar is likely guilty of whatever this woman will accuse him of and the real question lies with Anna. How much will be too much for the poor mother of four? While the Duggar family is dead set against divorce, it's worth mentioning that in the midst of all of the public humiliation, Anna has packed up her kids and moved back in with her parents in Florida.

Will she eventually choose to try and reconcile with her shady husband? Or do you think that once he is released from rehab Anna might instead decide to stay close to her parents instead? Will this latest woman coming forward be the final straw?
